Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive Partner to join our North American team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans with Channel sales reps to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Monitor progress using sales tools and metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Siemens colleagues to expand portfolio adoption and drive business development.
  • Coach and mentor Partner Sales reps to enhance their sales skills and productivity.
  • Support increasing Partner sales productivity and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling High Tech products with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong strategic planning and financial management skills to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Channel Sales and indirect reseller models to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
