About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Siemens Industry Software ULC. As a Partner Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners, providing them with the necessary support and resources to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Utilize sales automation tools and data analytics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling high-tech products, preferably in a channel sales environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of sales strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
