Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans

  • Profit and Loss (P&L) Management
    • Full responsibility for managing the company's financial performance.
  • Leadership and Operations
    • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations with a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Business Development
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners across North America.
    • Drive business development initiatives in commercial leasing, rentals, transportation, equipment, and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree required; Engineering Degree preferred. MBA an asset.
  • Experience
    • Proven success in a VP-level role within Commercial Leasing, Rentals, Transportation, Equipment, and Manufacturing.
    • Strong track record in sales, business development, and operations within the retail and manufacturing space in North America.
    • Recent experience in building new relationships and signing long-term contracts within the retail sector.
