Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new restaurateurs in your local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect's needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
- Leverage our CRM system to manage all sales activities.
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Toast in the market.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment.
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
- General technical proficiency with software.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Bilingual in French is a plus.
