About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Marketing team at Questrade Financial Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Marketing Leadership Team to develop and prioritize marketing initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Marketing Operations function and track progress throughout the year.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CMO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget planning process and create a comprehensive marketing budget plan for review and approval.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic business initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Directly manage specific projects and oversee the success of major cross-functional marketing projects.
  • Liaise with senior leadership to ensure buy-in and approval for projects and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advice to the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team on matters of growth, innovation, efficiency, and operations.
  • Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders on behalf of the CMO.
  • Identify and develop actionable recommendations for critical areas of improvement within the marketing team.
  • Analyze and evaluate risk factors when making critical business decisions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of work experience in management consulting, Chief of Staff, marketing strategy or operations, project management, enterprise analytics, and/or corporate finance.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and leading cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and ability to quickly assimilate large amounts of information.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence decision-making.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
