About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations to join our team at Just Eat Takeaway. As a key member of our Strategy and Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the Sales and Partnerships team.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic business plans, including revenue growth initiatives and process improvements.
  • Process Management: Design, implement, and manage processes to drive business outcomes, including reporting, analytics, and project management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with complex data sets and business intelligence tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Software: Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Excel, and other business software applications.
