Role Overview

The Program Coordinator is tasked with overseeing and guiding the performance of design services for designated Biopharma initiatives, ensuring that all work aligns with project goals and specifications, performance metrics (such as client satisfaction and profitability), and quality standards. Key responsibilities encompass safety management, subcontractor oversight, change management, project monitoring and reporting, staffing, adherence to quality protocols, budget management, and scheduling for consulting, design, or construction projects. This role also involves managing client relationships to cultivate a positive experience that encourages future collaboration. The Program Coordinator is accountable for the financial outcomes of the project. Assignments may involve single or multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects that integrate various disciplines
  • Achieve industry-specific certifications, including but not limited to: PMP & AECPMA
  • Direct and manage consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with project objectives, performance metrics, and quality standards
  • Manage client relationships, fostering a positive experience that promotes future opportunities

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally within a design firm or field construction environment
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • A collaborative individual capable of leading and managing teams
  • Proven success in serving as an Assistant Project Manager or managing one's own discipline in a leadership capacity
  • Fundamental understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, and delivery in design and construction contexts.
