Our platform is engineered to facilitate and enhance the interaction between homeowners and service providers, ensuring a smooth experience for both parties. Our current initiative focuses on integrating mortgage brokers into our ecosystem.
Position Overview:
We are in search of a tech-savvy Executive Sales Representative with a background in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) to contribute to our growth. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant startup with the potential for unlimited commission earnings. Your primary duty will be to onboard mortgage brokers throughout the region, assisting us in scaling our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with mortgage brokers to facilitate their onboarding onto our homeowner marketplace.
- Articulate the advantages of our platform to mortgage brokers, showcasing how it can enhance their business operations.
- Leverage CRM tools to monitor and document sales activities, ensuring comprehensive tracking of interactions and progress.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with mortgage brokers, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine the onboarding process and enhance the overall experience for brokers.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives by effectively communicating the value proposition of our platform.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within the mortgage or real estate sectors.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
- Understanding of the mortgage brokerage landscape is advantageous.
