Job Summary

CMB Insurance Brokers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and develop a deep understanding of their insurance needs.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, underwriting department, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments, attend training sessions, and participate in ongoing learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Level 2 Insurance Agent: Must hold a valid Level 2 Insurance Agent designation.
  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a similar role, preferably in an independent commercial insurance business environment.
  • Education: Post-secondary education and an outstanding personality.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
