We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Major Accounts to become a vital part of our team.

In the role of Senior Sales Executive, you will represent Konica Minolta Business Solutions with professionalism and integrity within the commercial sector of your assigned territory. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts aimed at fostering long-term partnerships and achieving your quarterly sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

Develop and maintain a list of potential buyers within your designated geographical area and/or assigned accounts, focusing on opportunities that can be closed within the next month by nurturing relationships with all your accounts and identifying additional decision-makers such as Print Shop Managers and IT Managers. Ensure consistent engagement with existing Konica Minolta clients who can advocate for our services, and diligently follow up on all sales leads. Prepare clear and concise sales proposals and responses to tenders for customers. Establish Konica Minolta as the standard for future account tenders/RFPs. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Konica Minolta products as well as competitive offerings, and be ready to demonstrate all current products. Represent Konica Minolta with integrity to ensure that all aspects of the sales transaction are accurately documented and understood by both parties, facilitating prompt processing of sales and minimizing the need for further involvement from sales representatives. Keep in touch with current clients to identify potential upgrades and conduct semi-annual 'Account Reviews' with your customer base. Regularly update the territory database with current and competitive accounts for effective follow-up on sales prospects. Present a professional image through appropriate business attire. Qualifications

What You Bring:

5-7 years of experience in sales within a B2B context. Bilingual in French and English. Extensive experience in B2B sales; prior industry experience is advantageous. Strong understanding of PC and network concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge to deliver effective printing solutions to clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Proven track record in selling complex solutions. Strong negotiation abilities to proactively pursue new business opportunities. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy. Commitment to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. A degree in Business from a university or college is considered an asset.
