Food Safety and Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Quality Control Technician to join our team at Royal Paan Franchising Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Sampling and Analysis: Conduct sampling and analysis using chromatography techniques to ensure the quality and safety of our food products.
- Operate Laboratory Apparatus: Operate laboratory apparatus to conduct tests and analyses.
- Develop and Implement Quality Programs: Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in Development of Standards: Assist in the development of standards, health and safety measures, and chemical engineering processes.
- Compile and Interpret Results: Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results to inform quality control decisions.
- Operate Experimental Chemical or Petrochemical Pilot Plant: Operate experimental chemical or petrochemical pilot plant to test and develop new processes.
- Accurate and Detail-Oriented: The successful candidate will be accurate and detail-oriented in their work, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
- Judgement and Decision-Making: The candidate will have strong judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Organized and Proactive: The successful candidate will be organized and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Versatility and Adaptability: The candidate will be versatile and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a quality control or laboratory setting.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
