Position Title: Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Manager

Location: GTA Ready-to-Eat meals manufacturing facility

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, salaried role with a Tuesday to Saturday work schedule

Role Overview:

  • Oversee the FSQA team to uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Establish and uphold HACCP protocols and food safety regulations.
  • Examine data and trends to promote ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare for audits and regulatory evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Biological or Food Sciences.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in high-risk food production environments.
  • Familiarity with food safety frameworks, HACCP principles, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
