Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information to prepare reports for management.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to store and retrieve information efficiently.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Drive, and LinkedIn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
