We are currently seeking a Client Service Manager based in Edmonton, Alberta, to oversee various contracts in Calgary and its surrounding areas, with a primary focus on Healthcare Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships by devising strategies that consistently surpass client expectations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for daily operations concerning the contract.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of client and external stakeholder requirements while ensuring adherence to contract stipulations.
  • Proactively manage client and stakeholder expectations regarding service delivery.
  • Uphold high performance standards and a strong customer service ethos among employees.
  • Regularly assess business margins to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety program.
  • Collaborate with the security team to develop and execute emergency management plans, guiding staff during incident responses.
  • Provide mentorship, disciplinary actions, and professional development opportunities for frontline staff.
  • Coordinate with People and Culture to maintain adequate staffing levels to meet contractual commitments.
  • Facilitate effective communication and rapport among all team members.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Security Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Certifications such as Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator or Certified Protection Professional through IAHSS/ASIS are advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years of managerial experience with a proven track record of progressive responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of gap analysis and the development of action plans.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the criminal code and provincial regulations pertaining to security.
  • Experience in law enforcement, protective services, or security management is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Exhibits innovative and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Comfortable leading meetings, presenting, and facilitating issue-resolution discussions with senior management and clients.
  • Proven leadership skills and maturity.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 unrestricted driver's license.
