About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our healthcare division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarm activations and security breaches.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents.
  • Monitor patient safety and document incidents as required.
Requirements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven de-escalation techniques.
  • Calm and confident under pressure, with a problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to workplace policies.
  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
