Client Engagement Manager - Healthcare Sector

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships by devising strategies that consistently surpass client expectations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for daily operations related to client contracts.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of client and external stakeholder requirements while ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Proactively assess and manage client and stakeholder expectations regarding service delivery.
  • Ensure a high standard of performance and a strong customer service orientation among team members.
  • Regularly review business margins to guarantee profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Administer Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement emergency management protocols and guide staff during incident response.
  • Provide mentorship, professional development, and disciplinary measures for frontline personnel.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to maintain adequate staffing levels in line with contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and rapport among all team members.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Security Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Possession of Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator or Certified Protection Professional credentials from IAHSS/ASIS is advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years in a managerial role with a proven track record of progressive responsibilities.
  • Strong grasp of gap analysis and the development of action plans.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the criminal code and provincial regulations pertaining to security.
  • Experience in law enforcement, protective services, or security management is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Exhibits innovative and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Comfortable leading meetings, presenting, and facilitating issue-resolution discussions with senior management and clients.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and proven maturity.
  • Valid Class 5 unrestricted driver's license is required.
