Client Engagement Manager - Healthcare Sector
Role Overview:
- Establish and nurture robust client relationships by identifying and implementing strategies that consistently surpass client expectations.
- Act as the primary liaison for daily operations related to the contract.
- Oversee the fulfillment of client and external stakeholder requirements while ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
- Proactively manage and comprehend client and external stakeholder service expectations and delivery.
- Ensure a high level of performance and a strong customer service orientation among team members.
- Regularly assess business margins to guarantee profitability and operational efficiency.
- Uphold Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with the security team to develop, manage, and engage in emergency response plans, directing staff during incidents.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for frontline personnel.
- Coordinate with People and Culture to maintain adequate staffing levels to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Facilitate effective communication and information exchange among all team members.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Security Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Certification as a Healthcare Protection Administrator or Certified Protection Professional through IAHSS/ASIS is advantageous.
- A minimum of five years in a managerial role with a proven track record of progressive management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of gap analysis and action planning.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the criminal code and provincial regulations related to security.
- Experience in law enforcement, protective services, or security management is beneficial.
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Exhibits innovative and solution-oriented thinking.
- Comfortable leading meetings, presenting, and facilitating issue-resolution discussions with senior management and clients.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and proven maturity.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 unrestricted driver's license.
