We are in search of approachable and self-assured Security Professionals to serve at various medical establishments. This encompasses hospitals, private medical practices, long-term care centers, and beyond. Our Healthcare management team collaborates with our personnel to identify a position and location that aligns with their personal circumstances.

This position follows a 4 on, 4 off schedule, alternating between daytime and nighttime shifts. To be eligible, you must possess full availability without any limitations.

Working in Healthcare Security entails both physical and emotional responsibilities. Security Professionals are charged with delivering support, empathy, customer service, and public safety to healthcare personnel, visitors, clients, and patients. The settings can be both rewarding and dynamic, yet also challenging. Our exceptional Healthcare management team provides 24/7 support, concentrating on risk reduction and offering immediate assistance.

A typical day for a Healthcare Security Officer:
  • Manage access to and from the facility, including restricted zones.
  • Observe and react to incidents on the premises, including through surveillance systems.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify security threats.
  • Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
  • Investigate and document any anomalies.
  • Ensure patient safety and report incidents as necessary.
