About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Business Development to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. As a key member of our senior executive team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion in existing and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in key markets.
  • Lead a small yet highly dynamic sales team to achieve top-line revenue growth and margin goals.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to refine the company's overall sales and marketing strategy.
  • Nurture and develop senior-level relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and expansion.
  • Experience working in the electronics sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's trends and challenges.
  • Strong marketing function experience, including planning and strategy development.
  • Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in key markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
