Technical Support Specialist Job Overview

  • Provide guidance and training to users to enhance their technical skills.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions.
  • Prepare equipment for employee utilization.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee incident management processes.
