PANJAAB TRANSPORT is seeking a motivated and organized Data Entry Supervisor to join our growing team.
As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You will lead a small team of data entry specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve optimal performance.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 data entry specialists, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Training & Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new employees on data entry procedures, software applications, and company policies.
- Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing data entry workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Problem Resolution: Address any technical issues or operational challenges faced by the team, providing timely solutions and support.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular reports on team performance, data quality metrics, and progress on key initiatives. Effectively communicate with management regarding team updates and concerns.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a data entry or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
