About the Role

PANJAAB TRANSPORT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team. As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data entry processes and providing technical support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Develop Team Members

Provide guidance and training to team members on data entry procedures and policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Compile and submit accurate and timely reports on data entry performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair

Ensure that all data entry equipment is in good working condition, arranging for maintenance and repair as necessary.

Co-ordinate Activities

Co-ordinate data entry activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow.

Establish Work Schedules and Procedures

Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to optimize data entry productivity and accuracy.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a data entry role

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

Transportation/Travel Information

Public transportation is available

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail

Personal Suitability

Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and be flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player
