Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Oakville Mitsubishi. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales staff, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
    • Oversee the daily activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Co-ordinate sales efforts to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties
    • Assign sales staff to specific duties and tasks, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and Train Staff
    • Recruit and hire new sales staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to perform the job.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to sales staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize Payments and Returns
    • Authorize payments by cheque, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that all returns are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Reports
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Resolve Issues
    • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales role
