About the Role

PANJAAB TRANSPORT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team. As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data entry department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and analyze data to create comprehensive reports that highlight key trends and insights.
  • Ensure Smooth Operation of Equipment: Troubleshoot and maintain data entry equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Identify and resolve issues that may be impacting data entry productivity, and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
  • Coordinate and Assign Work: Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Requisition and Order Materials and Supplies: Source and procure necessary materials and supplies to support data entry operations.
  • Arrange for Maintenance and Repair Work: Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Coordinate Activities with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that data entry operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
