Data Entry Supervisor

PANJAAB TRANSPORT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team. As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data entry department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Train and Develop Team Members
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Prepare and Submit ReportsCompile and analyze data to create comprehensive reports that highlight key trends and insights.
Ensure Smooth Operation of EquipmentOversee the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly and efficiently.
Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical AdviceIdentify and resolve issues that may be impacting productivity and provide technical guidance to team members.
Coordinate and Assign WorkWork with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.
Requisition and Order Materials and SuppliesProcure necessary materials and supplies to support the team's work.
Arrange for Maintenance and Repair WorkCoordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule maintenance and repair work.
Coordinate Activities with Other DepartmentsCollaborate with other departments to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Establish Work Schedules and ProceduresDevelop and implement procedures to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
