Collection Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collection Supervisor to join our team at 2287205 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our operations department.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management and stakeholders.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice
- Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Financial Transactions
- Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work Coordination
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, reviewing work progress and providing feedback.
- Supply Chain Management
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Maintenance and Repair
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
- Interdepartmental Coordination
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Requirements- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word.
- Transportation and Travel
- Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
