Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Tapestery Collection By Hilton. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Staff
    • Direct and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our guests.
    • Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure that all areas of the hotel are running smoothly.
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain Hotel Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our hotel's facilities, including the lobby, rooms, and public areas.
    • Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working order and that any necessary repairs are made promptly.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies
    • Procure and manage the purchase of materials and supplies necessary for hotel operations.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional overtime required.
