Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Operations

    • Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs
    • Provide assistance to guests with special needs, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Manage Hotel Staff
    • Hire and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties to a high standard.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our staff are equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Maintain Hotel Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of our hotel's computer systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring that they are in good working order.
    • Arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Manage Hotel Supplies
    • Requisition and manage hotel supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials and equipment to operate efficiently.
  • Supervise and Manage Hotel Staff
    • Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Develop and Implement Hotel Policies
    • Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures, ensuring that they are in line with our company's values and standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management or operations role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
