We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collection Supervisor to join our team at 2287205 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice
    • Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Transactions
    • Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work Coordination
    • Coordinate and assign work tasks, monitor progress, and review results with team members.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures
