Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Tapestery Collection By Hilton. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Staff
    • Direct and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our guests.
    • Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure that all areas of the hotel are running smoothly.
  • Assist with Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Manage Hotel Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, including equipment and machinery.
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Recruit and Train Staff
    • Recruit and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Monitor and Improve Performance
    • Monitor the performance of staff members and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure that our hotel is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
