Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of hotel systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Client Focus: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work Setting: Work in an urban area, with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and a team player.
