Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Assistant** to support our operations at OMG TRAVEL & TOURS. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functionality and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain effective office routines
  • Manage incoming calls and relay messages appropriately
  • Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management
  • Organize and maintain both manual and digital filing systems
  • Draft and edit correspondence, forms, and various documents
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients
Technical Skills

Proficiency in **MS Office** is required.

Work Environment

Public transportation options are available for commuting.
