Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
- Identify and implement effective office routines
- Manage incoming calls and relay messages efficiently
- Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management
- Organize and maintain both manual and digital filing systems
- Draft and edit correspondence, forms, and various documents
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Access to public transportation is available
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and client-focused
- Effective time management skills
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required
- Free parking is available for employees
