We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at OMG TRAVEL & TOURS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Office Management: Establish and maintain office routines, including supply ordering and inventory management.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Technology: Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and ensure proficiency in MS Office.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication, organized, client-focused, time management, and quick learner.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
