About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at OMG TRAVEL & TOURS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain office routines, including supply ordering and inventory management.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technology: Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and ensure proficiency in MS Office.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication, organized, client-focused, time management, and quick learner.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
