Administrative Assistant Opportunity at OMG TRAVEL & TOURS

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at OMG TRAVEL & TOURS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Establish and implement policies and procedures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, order office supplies and maintain inventory, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
  • Transportation and Travel: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, client-focused, time management, and quick learner.

What We Offer: Free parking available, permanent employment, 30-35 hours per week, and a dynamic work environment.

Requirements: 1-7 months of experience, ability to work in Canada, and proficiency in English.
