About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at OMG TRAVEL & TOURS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
