Position Overview:
Job Title: Service & Facilities Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the activities of the wash bay, shop personnel, and yard staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of equipment storage areas.
- Administer shop vehicle standards, maintenance schedules, and insurance requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for trucking and maintain inventory levels.
- Supervise building maintenance, repairs, and security measures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Order necessary materials and supplies.
- Train employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Background in routine maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and mechanical skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new techniques and principles.
