Position Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to be an integral part of our high-performance service team. This role demands a vibrant personality, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional client service skills, and strong organizational capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a client-oriented professional with outstanding communication abilities, a positive demeanor, and flexibility in their schedule. Responsibilities include overseeing and facilitating patient flow within the clinic and collaborating with other staff members to ensure top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Warmly welcoming and assisting clients, guiding them throughout their visit, and managing check-in and check-out processes.
  2. Processing payments for services and products.
  3. Ensuring all necessary patient documentation is completed accurately.
  4. Executing opening and closing procedures, including preparations for the following day.
  5. Coordinating appointment scheduling and referrals for clients.
  6. Managing inventory of reception supplies.
  7. Providing backup support for the Concierge team and related duties.
  8. Overseeing clinic flow, including managing patient and staff movement.
  9. Addressing all client inquiries and concerns.
  10. Problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
  11. Troubleshooting various issues as they arise.
  12. Maintaining effective working relationships with other departments to enhance client experiences.
  13. Liaising with all clinic departments as needed.
  14. Responding to inquiries from staff and clients through appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  2. Experience in a four-star hotel or a background in hospitality is advantageous.
  3. Educational background in health or a related field is a plus.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  8. Skill in building relationships beyond the reception team.
