Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service and hospitality to all clients, adhering to Myodetox standards.
  • Effectively communicate our service offerings to new clients through various channels.
  • Manage the clinic schedule efficiently, optimizing shifts and bookings.
  • Ensure accurate submission and filing of all claims, invoices, and transactions.
  • Maintain detailed and organized client notes for seamless service delivery.
  • Uphold clinic cleanliness and organization, including regular sanitization and maintenance of equipment.
  • Participate in client follow-up and marketing initiatives as directed.
  • Foster effective communication with team members to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the Operations Lead based on client interactions and team observations.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Availability to work at least 4 shifts per week, totaling 30+ hours.
  • Strong commitment to positive client interactions and experiences.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a presentable clinic environment.
