As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team, working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to provide high-quality services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling services, liaising with clients and staff, and providing administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule services with community PSWs and Nurses
  • Liaise with clients, staff, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Act as a problem solver for clients and respond to inquiries from LHIN and employees
  • Report client and staff concerns to Home Support Supervisor
  • Liaise with LHIN representatives regarding client care and collect and enter client data into our computer system
  • Provide administrative support to the personal support worker and Nurse program, including scheduling and performing other duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working in an office setting, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Office Admin Certificate/Diploma an asset
  • Medical terminology knowledge an asset but not required
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and ability to learn proprietary software
