Client Service Coordinator

About Spectrum Health Care
We are a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients and their families. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team, working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to provide top-notch service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our community-based healthcare teams to coordinate and schedule services for our clients.
- Liaise with clients, staff, and community partners to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Act as a problem solver for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Report client and staff concerns to our Home Support Supervisor.
- Liaise with our LHIN representatives to ensure client care is met.
- Collect and enter client data into our computer system.
- Provide administrative support to our personal support worker and Nurse programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office setting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical Office Admin Certificate/Diploma an asset.
- Medical terminology knowledge an asset but not required.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and ability to learn proprietary software.
