Your Role as Luxury Client Relations and Events Director
  • Cultivate relationships with high-profile clients to drive new business and expand our clientele.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for in-store experiences that prioritize exceptional client service and personalization.
  • Conceptualize innovative initiatives to elevate retail performance and support product launches, maximizing return on investment.
  • Host and entertain clients regularly to nurture existing relationships and build lasting connections.
  • Collaborate with retail leaders to enhance the selling capabilities of our High Jewelry Sales Specialists, aligning with the overall Client Relations strategy.
  • Forge strategic partnerships within and beyond LVMH to create unforgettable experiences that delight our clients.
  • Design and implement unique event concepts for intimate gatherings and bespoke occasions, showcasing the Tiffany brand.
  • Define and manage charitable giving initiatives, client gifting programs, and in-store hospitality strategies.
  • Oversee local budgets and calendars of events and activations.
  • Provide insights on competitive trends and location-specific marketing efforts.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve success.
Experience

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in event management.
  • Exceptional creativity and refined taste.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in client relations or client-facing roles.
  • Experience managing and coordinating teams.
  • Problem-solving abilities, solution-oriented mindset, and agility.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed within Canada and the United States.
  • Proficiency in client tracking systems, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in Canada or the country where the position is based.
