Job Summary

Tiffany & Co is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Client Relations and High Jewelry. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top clients, driving new business opportunities, and creating exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a client relations strategy to drive new business and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute events and experiences that exceed client expectations
  • Develop and manage budgets and calendars to ensure successful execution of events and experiences
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to ensure their success in their roles
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Tiffany & Co remains competitive

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client relations, event management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving new business and revenue growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Luxury industry experience
  • College or university degree
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
