The Prada Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Luxury Retail to lead our Toronto store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performances, developing business plans, and representing the Company on the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performances by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Propose and develop business plans to achieve store targets and increase customer footfall.
  • Represent the Company on the local market, identifying new opportunities to attract new clients and build a loyal relationship with the brand.
  • Be present on the sales floor, ensuring a proper approach and service to clients.
  • Foster a client-centric mindset by developing and maintaining solid client relationships.
  • Guarantee an excellent client satisfaction and the highest level of client service.
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty and increase client spending.
  • Promote an entrepreneurial and team spirit, ensuring efficient organization and professional growth.
  • Ensure the team is always prepared and updated on the Prada Group's main information, product knowledge, local market, competitors, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Business-driven with a strong understanding of the luxury retail market.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and persuade people.
  • Strong customer service mindset and natural ability to welcome clients.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and positive with a mature and assertive approach.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with market and product knowledge/passion.
  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
  • English is a must, other languages are a plus.
