Our current initiative focuses on integrating mortgage brokers into our platform.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a tech-savvy Executive Sales Representative with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management (CRM). This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with a forward-thinking startup offering the potential for unlimited commissions. Your primary duty will be to onboard mortgage brokers throughout Alberta onto our platform, aiding in the growth and expansion of our services in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to mortgage brokers in Alberta to facilitate their onboarding onto our homeowner marketplace.
  • Effectively communicate the advantages of our platform to Alberta mortgage brokers, showcasing how it can enhance their business operations.
  • Leverage CRM tools to monitor and document sales activities, ensuring comprehensive tracking of interactions and progress.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with mortgage brokers in Alberta, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine the onboarding process and enhance the overall experience for brokers.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by articulating the value proposition of our platform to mortgage brokers in Alberta.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within the mortgage or real estate sectors.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with the mortgage brokerage industry in Alberta is advantageous.
