We are currently seeking a Bilingual International Mobility and Immigration HR Coordinator to join our HR team.

Core Duties:

  • Oversee operational HR functions related to immigration, taxation, and international mobility benefits.
  • Advise and collaborate with external vendors (tax, immigration, and mobility benefits), HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Compensation teams.
  • Partner with offshore teams to enhance administrative processes for various HR tasks.
  • Collaborate with international HR Business Partners on matters concerning international assignments.
  • Engage with local and international vendors regarding new hire setups, policy exceptions, ongoing issues, and process improvements while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage the transition of employee inquiries regarding HR policies to the offshore HR team.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in HR systems for international employees, including processing documentation for various employment lifecycle events (e.g., hires, departures, transfers).
  • Support employees relocating internationally from the initiation of mobility to their arrival in the new country.
  • Review and validate critical documentation from vendors, including immigration attorneys and relocation specialists.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR administrative experience or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in immigration or with international candidates is advantageous.
  • Exceptional prioritization, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English and French is required, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both languages.

Due to regulatory requirements, candidates will undergo enhanced background screening.
