Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client needs into actionable deliverables, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Configure Oracle HCM/Taleo modules to meet client-specific requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams to deploy and evolve HR solutions
  • Design and lead workshops on HR best practices
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients
  • Develop and test HR tools, ensuring technical excellence
  • Maintain technical infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance
  • Provide technical guidance and training to users
  • Advise clients on HR solution evolution and implementation

Required Expertise:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS consulting or implementation, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, Talentsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday HCM
  • Fluent English and French language skills
