About the Position:

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist in International Mobility and Immigration to join our dynamic HR team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational HR functions related to immigration, taxation, and international mobility benefits.
  • Collaborate with vendors (tax, immigration, and mobility benefits), HR Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation, and Global Immigration Experts.
  • Review and manage the accuracy of work produced by the off-shore HR team.
  • Enhance administrative processes in collaboration with the off-shore team.
  • Engage with international HR Business Partners regarding all international assignments.
  • Coordinate with local and international vendors for new hire setups, out-of-policy items, and process improvements while adhering to service level agreements.
  • Facilitate and oversee all HR administrative transactions with internal or external Shared Services Teams, including complex administration tasks.
  • Manage the transition of employee inquiries related to HR policies to the off-shore HR team.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping in HR systems for international employees, including processing changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Support employees relocating internationally from the initial mobility phase to their arrival in the new country.
  • Review and verify critical documentation from vendors, including immigration attorneys and relocation service providers.

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • A minimum of 2 years of HR administrative experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in immigration processes or working with international candidates is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A strong work ethic and client-oriented approach.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Detail-oriented with a holistic view of HR processes.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English and French is essential, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both languages.

Due to regulatory requirements, candidates must be prepared for enhanced background screening.
