Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administration Specialist to join our team at TENAXX LOGISTICS LTD. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing Administrative Procedures: Develop and introduce new office procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Evaluating Procedures: Review existing administrative processes and suggest improvements.
  • Delegating Tasks: Assign responsibilities to office support personnel to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Prioritizing Work: Establish and manage work priorities to meet deadlines and maintain operational standards.
  • Administrative Activities: Oversee the daily administrative functions of the office.
  • Data Management: Compile data and prepare various reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks as required.
  • Coordinating Procedures: Supervise and streamline office administrative processes.
Technical Proficiency

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge in:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Office Suite
  • MS Outlook
  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS Word
Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
