**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at PROARK CORPORATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
- Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of MS Project, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Google Drive to support project administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
Working Conditions:
- Work setting: Construction company.
- Work language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
